By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the geta7 platform — including its casino games, sportsbook, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and payment services — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any update or revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English and are the authoritative version of this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between this English-language version and any translated summary or communication, the English version shall prevail.

geta7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, geta7 will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account. It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

To register and maintain an active account on the geta7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. geta7 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. Age verification documentation will be requested before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any other time at geta7's discretion.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activity is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of geta7 complies with the laws applicable to you.
• Personal Capacity: You must be registering on your own behalf, as a private individual. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active geta7 account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts is grounds for immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion from geta7 or any responsible gaming programme that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

geta7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account registration process or thereafter. Accepted documents include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of account access and withdrawal privileges.

geta7 reserves the right to decline any application for account registration without being required to provide a reason, at its sole discretion.

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that takes place through your geta7 account, regardless of whether that activity was conducted by you personally or by any third party who gained access to your account credentials. You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person.

geta7 will never contact you by email, telephone, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from geta7 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact geta7 support at [email protected] immediately. geta7 will suspend the account pending a security investigation. geta7 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

• Account Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard identity verification.
• Account Suspension by geta7: geta7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, involved in collusion or chip dumping, or otherwise acting in a manner detrimental to the platform or other players.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. geta7 will notify you by email before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant account balance.

geta7 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The current list of available payment methods and their associated minimum and maximum transaction limits is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for card payments are displayed in the cashier panel at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your geta7 account balance in real time, subject to successful payment confirmation from the mobile wallet provider. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to be credited.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any day of the week are processed within 60 minutes. Requests submitted after 22:00 BST will be processed by 08:00 BST the following morning. All withdrawal timelines are subject to completed identity verification.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, unless an alternative has been pre-approved by geta7 support. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Fees: geta7 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals made via bKash or Nagad. Fees applied by the payment provider on their side are outside geta7's control and are the player's responsibility.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on geta7 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Currency conversion fees where applicable are the player's responsibility.

geta7 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, which form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus Abuse: geta7 monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and collusion with other players to exchange bonus funds. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus winnings forfeited.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated free spins have an expiry period, after which unclaimed or unplayed bonus value is removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum Bonus Win: Certain promotions apply a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings generated from bonus play. Where a maximum win cap applies, this will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Promotional Eligibility: geta7 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its discretion and to withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice, provided that the terms of any already-accepted bonus are honoured.

• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected during an active game round due to an internet connection failure on the player's side, the game round will complete according to its standard logic. geta7 is not responsible for losses arising from player-side connection issues.
• Prohibited Activities: The use of automated betting software (bots), scripts, exploits, or any software that interacts with the geta7 platform in a non-standard manner is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated through prohibited software will be voided and the account permanently suspended.
• Game Rules: Individual game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering real money.

• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are placed at the player's own risk. The live score and match data displayed in the geta7 sportsbook are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to a slight delay. geta7 accepts no liability for in-play bets placed based on score information that proves to have been inaccurate or delayed.
• Palpable Errors: geta7 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that were published as a result of a manifest or obvious error (commonly known as a "palpable error" or "palp"). In such cases, the player's stake will be refunded in full.

geta7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow players to manage their activity in a sustainable and healthy way. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed at any time from the account settings dashboard without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days after the increase request is made.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension (cooling-off) ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed or used for wagering.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the geta7 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the geta7 platform without prior written authorisation from geta7.

Any unauthorised use of geta7's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, geta7 and its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses incurred through gambling activity, including losses on any game, bet, or tournament
• Loss of data, account access, or account balance due to technical failures beyond geta7's reasonable control
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality
• Interruptions or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits geta7's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

geta7 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players during registration, identity verification, and ongoing account use. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and forms part of this agreement. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your data is used, stored, and protected.

All data transmitted between your device and the geta7 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. geta7 does not sell, rent, or share personally identifiable player data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data is shared with third-party providers only where necessary to operate the platform — for example, with payment processors to complete transactions and with identity verification providers to fulfil KYC obligations.

geta7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or to address an urgent security issue, in which case changes may take effect immediately with notice given as soon as practicable.

Your continued use of the geta7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method.

geta7 may terminate your account and this agreement at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in material breach of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acting in a manner that causes harm to other players or the integrity of the platform. Upon termination for cause, geta7 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to pursue recovery of losses caused by the player's conduct.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and geta7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
